A$100,000,000 gift of taxpayers money has NPA fighting to hide all details and information.Beyond belief is the only way Ladner's comments can be described as he wants us to believe that taking this money without discussion or revealing any details is protecting the taxpayer.The only thing being protected is the NPA council and it's machinations that have reduced the social housing component at a time of chronic homelessness and a constant decrease of rental and affordable units.The party of developers is proving itself to be incapable of change.A vote for the NPA is a vote against the poor and the homeless and any chance of those issues being dealt with in a humane and timely manner.Ladner is more interrested in protecting the rich developers and the draconian measures that have been taken by the city to contain these people in the DTES.Ladner says he's staking his political career on this bailout.Let's let him know just how despicable the ordinary people find this arrogant attitude and unethical back room kinds of dealings without remorse.
